Building on our already strong relationship with Consultatio and previous success with Oceana Key Biscayne, Conway+Partners helped extend the Oceana brand to its incredible Bal Harbour location. We highlighted the building’s central setting near the Bal Harbour Shops, its breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows, extra-deep balconies, and the world-class art installations, such as sculptor Jeff Koons’ Pluto and Proserpina. We also worked hand-in-hand with Ernesto Cohan and Arturo Grimaldi from Consultatio, with interior designers at Piero Lissoni and landscape artists at Enzo Enea to ensure Oceana Bal Harbour would be an unsurpassable living experience.
